- 1 ripe avocado
- 1/2 small onion
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 lemon, juice
- 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
- Black pepper
- Add all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Add some water if needed.
- Store in the fridge up to a week.
