Avocado mayo

Now, that’s a mayo!!!

Look at that: how creamy, velvet-ish, and smooth it feels. Love at first sight, guys, love at first sight.

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1/2 small onion
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 lemon, juice
  • 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt
  • Black pepper


  • Add all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Add some water if needed.
  • Store in the fridge up to a week.
